PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) is a widely recognized project management methodology that provides a structured framework for managing projects effectively. The methodology also ensures smooth transitions between phases through Managing Stage Boundaries, where each stage’s performance is reviewed, and plans for the next stage are refined and approved. Finally, the Closing a Project phase ensures all deliverables are completed, lessons are captured for future projects, and stakeholders formally agree to project closure.
